Screenshot or exact error message for failed checkout/download issues

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, include enough detail for us to identify the account and scope of the request. Do not send UTR or National Insurance numbers by email unless support specifically asks through a safe route.

The request type: access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal

Whether the request covers one tax year, all return data, account data, support messages, review requests, or billing metadata

Confirmation that you can access the account email, so we can verify the request safely
